She is survived by: her children, Rodney Allen Arters Jr., Matthew Arters, Christina Ensling and Bettina Scibilia; and her grandchildren, Rodney Arters, Emily Arters, Andrew Arters, Madeline Woods, Libby Arters, Ian Arters and Josephine Scibilia.
