He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Emily Case (Otter) of Downingtown and Charles J. Case; his brother Michael Case (Diane) of Cape Coral; his siblings' children, Jeremiah, Beth Ann, Samantha and Amber; his brother Carl Case (Maryanne) of West Bradford; his sister-in-law Karen Case (late Larry Case); and his siblings' children, Joshua, Jessica and Eric.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Jeff's memory to Hopewell United Methodist Church.
