He was predeceased by: his parents, John M. Moyer and Eileen Moyer (Farrell). He is survived by: his wife Arlene M. Moyer (Fisher); his sons, Jonathan D. Moyer (Rosalee) of Havertown and Timothy M. Moyer (Michelle) of Reading; his grandchildren, Maddox, Hayley, Aubrey and Jack; and his sisters, Eileen F. Moyer, Patricia Murphy (Robert), Mary Kelly (Tim) and Sheila Moyer.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Jack's memory to his church, Grace Covenant EPC, or to The Lord's Pantry, 141 E Lancaster Avenue, Downingtown, PA 19335.
