She was predeceased by: her significant other Gerard S. Carlozzi; her parents, Charles "Buddy" Hurlburt and Charlene Hurlburt (Kearns); and her brother John Hurlburt. She is survived by: her children, Brian Carlozzi (Christine) of Downingtown, Stephanie Gebhart (Andrew) of Downingtown and Nicole Rajchel (Martin) of Downingtown; her grandchildren, Gabby, Caitlyn, Holly, Carolyn, Cecilia and Nate; and her siblings, Lynne Aiello (Dick), Judy Marini (Lou) and Bob Hurlburt (Sandy). She is also survived by twenty nieces and nephews.
