We are sad to announce that on April 9, 2025, at the age of 84, Patricia Ann Moffitt of Downingtown, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Szal and Mary Filar Szal; her granddaughter Brianna Mahan; and her sisters, Bernadette Todaro and Emily Utley.
She is survived by: her husband Patrick J. Moffitt; her daughters, Colleen M. Moffitt, Kathleen Martin (Linwood, Jr.), Rosemary Jesse (Matthew) and Brigid Walker (Dennis); her grandchildren, Crystal Mahan, Katie Momose, Madelyn Martin, Josiah Jesse, Benjamin Jesse, Ethan Jesse, Brendan Walker, Jeremiah James Walker and Ania Walker; and her great grandchildren, Cailyn and Harley Collins.
