He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Joseph Bertram, Sr. and Anastasia Tokar Bertram. He is survived by: his wife Judith F. Kemper Bertram; and his sisters, Marilyn Shabaz and Fran Steininger.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Grove Church (490 W Boot Rd, West Chester, PA 19380).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Love Fund of Grove Church.
