Hankes of Downingtown, Pennsylvania, born in Lansing, Michigan, who passed away on January 10, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Willard M. Hankes and Margaret Leeson Hankes. He is survived by : his wife Catherine Mitchell Hankes; his children, Stephen R. Hankes (Jereen), Kristin M. Hankes, Courtney E. McGovern (Ted) and Brian R. Hankes; his brother Douglas L. Hankes (Deb); and his grandchildren, Grace, Liz Hankes, Sam and Jackson McGovern.
