He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Kane; his children, Michael Kane (Karla), Ashley Kane-Cannon (David Cannon, II), Kara Calciano-McHugh (James) and Rob Calciano (Austin); and his siblings, Joseph Kane (Elaine), Denise Kane-Jablonski (Robert) and William Kane (Lori).
Mike's family has respectfully requested that all flowers be omitted, and that anyone desiring to do so may make a contribution in his name and memory to a charity of the donor's choice, and which would be deeply appreciated by his family.
