He was predeceased by : his parents, Harry Rutenbar and Evelyn Forbes (Goers); his wife Marjorie Rutenbar (Gibson); and his daughter Judy Rigney. He is survived by : his children, Linda Conlan (Charles) of West Chester, James Rutenbar (Cynthia) of West Chester and Mary Parnell (Jeffrey) of Malvern; his grandchildren, Kristen, Brian, Eric, Matthew, Evan, Mia and Marjorie; his great grandchildren, William, Helen, Jaime and Brooke; his sister Katherine Daily; and his son-in-law William Rigney.
