She was predeceased by: her parents, Miles T. Lockard, Jr. and Geraldine Lockard (Kantz); and her brother John Lockard. She is survived by: her pet Cocoa; her brothers, Gary Lockard (Debbie) and Rick Lockard (Barb); and her siblings' children, Ryan Lockard (Lauren), Garry Lockard (Christa), Zachary "Zach" Lockard and Amanda Lockard (Travis Smith). She is also survived by aunt to her niece and nephews.
