He is survived by: his wife Patty; his children, Jeffrey Jason Perkins (Anita Colon) and Caitlin Lattimer Bidwell (Patrick Fitzgerald); his sister-in-law Sue Rivas (Manuel); his nephews, Patrick and Kevin; his friends, Bob Mehalic, Anna Luther, Bill, Terry King, Barbara Becker, Michelle Hillis and Barbara Brocious; Charles Henry.
