He was predeceased by: his parents, Steffon Kubala and Amelia Kubala (Brozowsky). He is survived by: his siblings, A. Patricia Hathcoate, Jennie Scanlon, Margaret Guiher and James Kubala. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
