He is survived by: his grandson Matthew Frederick (Tenley); his daughter-in-law Adrienne Frederick; and his nieces, Denise Shaw (Mike), Di Kaplan (Ed), Debbie Faloon (Bruce), Karen Cessna (Ron), Kim Broadbent and Dawn Frederick.
