He was predeceased by: his wife Jeanette Haigh (Young); his sons, Walter and Joseph Haigh; and his grandson Philip Haigh. He is survived by: his children, Diane L. Tucker (Fran) of Lansdale and Arthur Haigh (Andrea) of Ocean City, NJ. He is also survived by his eight grand children and seven great grandchildren.
