He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry C. Luxton and Caroline Luxton (Edwards); and his sister Vivian. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Luxton (Blackwood); his daughters, Linda E. Liou (Chyr Pyng "Jim") of Moscow and Helen L. Houpt (John) of Carlisle; his grandchildren, Jennifer Liou (John Novak), Trevor Liou (Brittany), J. Alexander Houpt (Stephanie) and Kirsten Burcat (Richard); his great grandchildren, Jordan, Cora, Sarah, Benjamin Liou, John, Juniper Novak, J. Benjamin Houpt and Jonah Burcat; his niece Joyce Schafer; and his nephews, Gerald Schafter (Pat) and Joseph Schafter (Rory).
