With profound sadness, we say goodbye to David Gensert of Lansdale, Pennsylvania, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. David left this world on July 24, 2025 at the age of 14, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
As we bid adieu to David's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in his wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration David has bequeathed us. For though he may have departed from our sight, his spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Cynthia Derr and Jack Steele. He is survived by: his parents, Christopher Gensert and Joni Gensert (Steele) of Lansdale; his sister Brooke K. Gensert of Lansdale; and his grandmother Greta Steele of Lansdale.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM at the Huff & Lakjer Funeral Home (701 Derstine Ave, Lansdale, PA 19446). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made in David's memory to Cornerstone Church of Skippack, 1326 Stump Hall Road, Skippack, PA 19474.
