He was predeceased by: his parents, Christian Lutz and Alice Lutz. He is survived by: his wife Carol Lutz; his sons, David C. Lutz Jr. (Cindy) and Kenneth J. Lutz Sr. (Kathy); his grandchildren, Michael Lutz (Heather), Heather Lutz Gehlhaus (Tyler) and Kenny Jr.; and his great grandchildren, Evie and Lainey Kay.
Memorial Contributions in David's name may be made to Doylestown Hospital in care of the ICU or St Jude's Children's Hospital.
