She was predeceased by: her parents, Percy Henderson and Edith Goff; her husband Gerald; her former husband Terrence Simmons; her son Terrence Simmons; her daughter-in-law Anita; and her granddaughter Jennifer.
She is survived by: her children, Sherry Thatcher (Michael) of Huron, OH, Robert Huebner (Fran) of St. Louis, MO, James Huebner (Deborah) of Sellersville, PA and David Huebner (Deborah) of Richlandtown, PA. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
