He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward J. Fabick, Sr. and Frances Fabick; and his son Brian Fabick (Candida). He is survived by: his wife Maureen Fabick; his daughter Elizabeth Fabick; his grandchildren, Edward J. Fabick, IV and Patty Fabick; and his siblings, Ronald Fabick and Elaine J. Cole (Randall). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
