She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Glowacki and Agnes Glowacki; and her sister Lorraine Crossley of Wormleysburg. She is survived by: her stepfather Edward Novakoski; her husband Henry A Kulik; her children, Henry (Karen) of Sellersville, Mary Gray (Collegeville), Carol Cook (Thomas) of Quakertown and David; her grandchildren, Henry, Caroline, Natalie, Harrison, James, Madeleine Kulik, Marissa, George, William and Douglas Gray; her brother Eugene Glowacki of Elysburg; and her stepsiblings, Evelyn Confair of Camp Hill and Frank Novakoski of Leymone.
