He was predeceased by: his father Alexander Kerns; and his siblings, Dorothy "Dottie" Waldron and Joseph "Joe" Kerns. He is survived by: his children, Michael, Richard, Michelle (Pacello) and Margaret (Ball); and his son-in-law Steve Pacello. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
