He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Hart and Mildred Hart (Bonz); his wife Joanne B. Hart (Wolf); and his siblings, Victor, Greg Hart and Marilyn Robison.
He is survived by: his sister Barbara Obringer of Red Hill; his daughters, Dianne DiBella (James) of North Wales, Suzanne Schaller (Dennis) of Chalfont and Marianne Morano (John) of Perkasie; and his grandchildren, Victoria, Violet, Kurt and Karl.
