He was predeceased by: his wife Joan Bell; his parents, George Bell and Harriet Bell (Seitz); and his brother Robert A. Bell. He is survived by: his sons, Kenneth (Beverly) of South Daytona and Kurt (Michelle) of Elizabethtown, PA; and his sister Carol A. Pappas of Hope Mills, NC..
