He is survived by his wife of 54 years, his son, daughter and her husband, his two loving grandchildren, his brother and sister-in-law, niece, nephews and extended family.

Burial services at Roosevelt Memorial Park in Trevose, Pennsylvania will be private for immediate family. Due to the pandemic, a memorial service in Herb's honor will be held at a later date.
