He was predeceased by: his wife Charlene Ann Lewis (Renis); his parents, Edgar Miller and Marilyn Ann Lewis (Huebner); and his brother Patrick Lewis (Charlene). He is survived by: his children, Stormee Lewis, Nicole Signorelli-Leibowitz (Michael), Michael Signorelli (Maria), John Signorelli (Lauren) and Henry Conoly; and his siblings, Nannette Lewis, Valerie Lewis, Cynthia Pelletier, Robert Lewis and Carolyn Burrell. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
