She was predeceased by: her husband Charles "Tim" Gouak; her parents, William Snyder and Laura Snyder (Troxel); her son Charles S. Gouak; and her siblings, Bud, Bob, Ellis and Gertie.
She is survived by: her daughter Shirley D. Eastman of Lansdale; and her stepdaughter Brenda L. Gerhart (Sam) of Lakeland, FL. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 23rd 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Lansdale United Methodist Church (300 N Broad St, Lansdale, PA 19446). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 23rd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
