With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Janet Louise Blake of Lansdale, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 26, 2026 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Janet may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Janet touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her husband Horace R. Blake; her parents, Hobart Bergey and Anna Belle Bergey (Rosenberger); her granddaughter Jenna L. Daneker; and her siblings, Richard H. Bergey and Doris L. Cathers.
She is survived by: her children, Bonnie L. Daneker (James) of Hatfield, Penny S. Bruno (Charles) of Lansdale, Sandra L. Scatton of Hatfield, Thomas J. Blake of Lansdale and Robert A. Blake (Cheryl) of Harleysville. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
