He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Rueckert and Dagmar Rueckert (Nilsen); and his sister Rosa Hubbard. He is survived by: his wife Eileen M. C. Rueckert; his children, Glenn M. Rueckert (Laura) of Anchorage, AK and Jacqueline M. Lakely (James) of Lake Zurich, IL; his grandsons, Andrew and Bradley; and his brother Nils Rueckert (Beverly).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in memory of Jon to the local SPCA or animal rescue places.
