She is survived by: her children, Stacey Miller, Hannah Cosgrove and Michael Koffel; her grandchildren, Donavon, Troy, Eliana Minott, Adrianna Clark and Kaylani Newton; and her siblings, Patricia Strouse (William), Donna Koffel, Emma Schnable and Richard Koffel Jr.. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
