She was predeceased by: her husband Walter J. Mullins; her sons, Walter, Thomas and William; and her brothers, John and Thomas.
She is survived by: her children, Denise M. Wurst (Gerad) of Macungie, Patrick Mullins (Joyce) of Exton, Joseph Mullins (Annette) of Levittown and Margaret Yost (late John) of Kutztown. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.
