She was predeceased by: her spouse Cristino Alvarez; and her parents, Luis Mendez and Rosa Escobar. She is survived by: her children, Vilma Escobar of Houston, TX, Adan Alvarez of Quakertown, Eva Alvarez of Florida, Jose Alvarez of Lansdale and Sandra Alvarez of Lansdale. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and two sisters and six brothers.
