She was predeceased by: her husband Lawrence P. Hoffman; her parents, Robert Johnston and Mary Alice Johnston (Devlin); her brother Robert Johnston; and her grandson Zachariah R. Hoffman.
She is survived by: her sons, Glenn S. Hoffman (Sherry) of Blue Bell and Robert P. Hoffman of Ivyland; her brother Allan Johnston of North Wales; and her grandchildren, Brendan and Danielle.
Interment will follow at 12:00 p.m. at St. John Neumann Cemetery, 3797 County Line Rd., Chalfont, PA 18914. in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the St. Jude's Children's research hospital.
