She was predeceased by: her husband Forrest C. Irick; and her parents, Lawrence Patterson and Mary Patterson (Henry). She is survived by: her children, Susan Irick-Hacker, Robert Irick (Debbie), Jeffrey Irick (Donalynn) and Thomas Irick (Peggy); her grandchildren, Michael (Jennifer), Matthew (Megan), Andrew (Lindsay), Patrick, Nicholas, Melissa (Josiah) and Brittany; her great grandchildren, Lincoln, Ila, Drew and Owen; and her sister Nanci.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to the Peace Valley Nature Center or St. Jude's hospital for Children.
