He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl H. Schiffert and Ella B. Bernhard; his brothers, George and Rowland (Rowly); his wife Elaine (Myers); his stepson Jimmy Myers; his granddaughter Jennifer Marencik; and his great grandchild Brandy Grenfell.
He is survived by: his children, Constance Shipe (Rick), Mike Schiffert (Jean), Roseanne Wagner (Dennis) and Ann Marie Wrigley (Dave); and his stepson Alan Myers (Kelly). He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; twenty-three great-grandchildren; eleven great-great-grandchildren and many dear friends.
