He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin G. Haslam and Betty J. Haslam; and his siblings, Frank Haslam and Betty Ayrton. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth S. "Betty" Zimmerman; his daughters, Kera Haslam (Matthew Conard) of Lansdale and Richel Haslam-Hemmer (John Hemmer) of Annandale, VA; and his granddaughters, Kaylee Croasmun, Olivia Croasmun, Emmaline Hemmer, Jaylin Conard and Larissa Conard.
