He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Stuart and Anna Stuart (Vogel); and his sister Carol Ann Gehman. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Betty" Stuart; his children, Thomas Stuart (Linda), Cheryl Anders and Andrea Moore (Tom); his grandchildren, Michael (Raylena), Jeffrey (Victoria), Rebecca, Kevin (Jessyca), Ashley, Kimberly, Caitlyn, Jason, Kyle (Julie) and Jake; his great grandchildren, Everett, Ashton, Mackenzie, David, Jeylena, Kayla, Alex, Olivia, Brayden, Danny, Tyler and Luke; and his sisters, Elizabeth Bergstresser (Phil) and Linda Ziegler.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 6th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Christ Covenant Church (2200 Mainland Rd, Harleysville, PA 19438). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 6th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Richard's name may be made to Christ Covenant Church at the above-mentioned address.
