He is survived by: his wife Judith Howard Flanigan; his children, Brian Flanigan and Renee Flanigan; his granddaughter Allana; his siblings, Maureen Flanigan, Paula Donahue (Michael), Ellen Flanigan and Thomas Flanigan; his brother-in-law Scott Howard (Jacqui); Breeana Somers.
