Phillips (Angel Goetter) of Upper Dublin, PA; his siblings, Raymond Phillips (late Philomena) of Lansdale and Ruthann Ziegler of Hatfield, PA; and his granddaughter Vanessa Woodman. He is also survived by great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
