She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell D. Quinn and Grace M. Quinn (Frankenfield); and her brother Bob Quinn. She is survived by: her husband James J. Phy; and her brothers, David R. Quinn (Penny) and Howard Quinn (Cheryl).
