He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Irving B. Waters and Naomi A. Waters (Rock); his wife Roberta "Bobbie" Waters (Lulevitch); his children, Donna Koffel of Ocean City, NJ, Robin Markley (Ivan) of Lansdale and Keith Waters (Chrissy) of Overland Park, KS; and his siblings, Dennis Waters (Dee), Sally Leech (Paul), Kenny and Barry Waters. He was also cherished by six grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren.
