We announce the death of Miriam E. Miller in Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 17, 2026, at the age of 83. Miriam will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Miriam will be remembered for the impact she had on the lives of those around her. Friends, family, and colleagues will cherish their memories and the time shared. Those who knew Miriam will remember moments of kindness, warmth, and presence. Though words cannot fully capture her life, the legacy of connections and experiences remains. Miriam’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued her companionship.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Steffie and Evelyn Steffie (Hess); and her granddaughter Adrienne Meyers. She is survived by: her spouse Merion Miller, Sr.; and her children, Merion C. Miller, Jr. (Michelle) and Gail Price (Mark). She is also survived by four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Reichel Funeral Home (326 E 21st St, Northampton, PA 18067). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials: In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the church in loving memory of Miriam.
