He was predeceased by: his father Calvin Benjamin Hawkins; his siblings, Araminta Elizabeth Hawkins and Earnest Levine Hawkins; and his siblings' children, Kenni L. A. and Louis Pompey III.
He is survived by: his mother Ethel Lee Whiting Hawkins; his wife Laura Hawkins of Lititz, PA; and his sisters, Frances Cecelia Hawkins, Cathy Delmenia Willis and Lavette Tonette Kelly.
Viewing was held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Bethel Christian Center (21 N Earlton Rd, Havre De Grace, MD 21078). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
