He was predeceased by: his parents, W. Richard Willard and Jane; and his niece Meleny Fisher. He is survived by: his wife Penney; his sons, Jeremy (Julia Chafin) and Jonathan (Tiffeny); his grandchildren, Lily, Reid, Jonathan and Levi; his sister Daryl Hawthorne; his brothers-in-law, Jay Byerly and Thomas "Moose" Byerly (Joanne); his niece Mindy Hawthorne; and his nephew Tommy Byerly.
