She was predeceased by: her husband Frank J. Legath, Sr.; and her parents, Joseph Weiss and Julia Weiss (Kleinschuster). She is survived by: her children, Frank J., Jr. and Kathleen Richards; her grandchildren, Derek, Meagen and Tyler; her great grandchildren, Hayden and Katie; and her sister Catherine Marx. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
