He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Dax, Sr. (Kuzma) and Eugene (Patricia (Lukish)); and his sisters, Dolores and Barbara. He is survived by: his children, Christopher (Beth Dax) and Karen Dyonda; and his grandchildren, Christopher, Erica, Jessica, Joshua, Jennifer and Jacqueline. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
