He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Micek and Elizabeth Micek. He is survived by: his wife Francine Micek; his brothers, Andrew Jr., Joseph, Charles, William and Edward; and his children, Frances Gilbert (Paul), Constance Medve (Pete), Michael Micek (Michele), Marie Micek, Lisa Micek, Judith Voytell (Kenneth), Catherine Parks (Steven) and Geraldine Halper (John).
