He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Gilbert and Elsie Gilbert (Meckes); and his brothers, Robert and Raymond Gilbert. He is survived by: his siblings, Kenneth Lee Gilbert, Jr. (Irma), Shirley A. LaFleur (George), Elaine Lindenmoyer (Dennis, Sr), Dennis Gilbert (Patricia) and Mark Gilbert (Heather). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
