He was predeceased by: his father Robert J. Sickonic. He is survived by: his mother Jean B. Sickonic (Santee); his children, Sarah Tuck (Ty), Jenell Wilbanks (Bruce) and Brian J. Schlener Jr. (Katie); his grandchildren, Jasmine, Alexis, Madison and Ella; and his siblings, Kathleen Spear (Katt), Daniel Sickonic (Patti) and James Sickonic (Mariann). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Reichel Funeral Home (326 E 21st St, Northampton, PA 18067). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Zion Cemetery (51 Church Rd, Northampton, PA 18067).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be presented to Wreaths Across America in Jack's memory.
