She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Sr. Takacs and Pauline Takacs (Pidstawski). She is survived by: her husband Ihor; her children, David Husak (Becky) and Susan Hertzog (Tom); her grandchildren, Aaron Hertzog (Alyssa), Olivia Husak and Piers Husak; and her brother Charles Takacs, Jr. (Joan). She is also survived by three nephews.
