He was predeceased by: his parents, John Haas and Anna Haas (Helko). He is survived by: his daughters, Donna Stark (Craig), Tricia Gallagher (Patrick) and Lisa; his grandson Alex; and his siblings, John and Bernadine. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in loving memory of Richard.
